By downloading or using the Rizzly.co application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Rizzly is an AI-powered social communication assistant. It provides suggestions, witty replies, and vibe analysis based on screenshots of conversations provided by the user.
3. AI Content Disclaimer
Important: Rizzly uses Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI) to generate suggestions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, success, or appropriateness of the AI-generated replies.
- Social interactions involve human emotions and nuances; therefore, the User is solely responsible for the outcome of using any suggestion provided by the app.
- Rizzly is not responsible for any damaged relationships, social misunderstandings, or legal consequences arising from the use of the AI suggestions.
4. Subscriptions & 24-Hour Free Trial
- Free Trial: New users are granted 24 hours of unlimited access starting from their first registration.
- Premium Access: After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required. All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's store settings.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use Rizzly to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual imagery.
- Harass, bully, or engage in deceptive behavior towards others.
- Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rizzly brand, logo, and software code are the exclusive property of Rizzly.co. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rizzly.co or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
